What feature do the Chinese NSX’s get, that we don’t?

At first glance, I thought it looked like a form of Honda Sensing or their Collision Mitigation Braking System.

But upon closer inspection, it definitely looks like a way to turn off an external speaker or horn?

It look like button to turn electric motor humming sound on or off at low speed to warn pedestrians that there is a car around when car is in electric mode.
