Is that a yellow 03? ... price seems very low for the miles (even on this market).. I think I could look @ that car this weekend (sunday) .. Let me know if you still need help!

Original poster changed his mind, but I called about the car. It's not very far from where I work in Hollywood.
We had made a tentative appointment for me to see the car late afternoon today, but when I confirmed later in the day, seller needed to postpone. I may not get to see it until the weekend, if at all, considering the original interested party is out of play now.
I wanted the thank everyone on this thread (especially dquarasr2). This is a great community. I decided to pass on this car. I contacted the dealer for more pictures and vin. He sent plenty of pictures. The car was in an accident. The dealer has two pictures showing the damage before it was repaired. The rear bumper was completely trashed and from the pictures it look like a good repair. He didn't send the vin so I asked again so I could run a carfax and no word from him. Yes, this is a great community, just trying to pay it forward, as I surely have extracted so, so much info from this site.
Seller took my number last night and will call me (maybe?).
I won't pursue any further unless I hear from seller or there is another Prime member interested in the car. Otherwise, caveat emptor.
Better half is tied up this Saturday late morning, early afternoon, maybe ring the seller up and go take a gander?
