Can someone explain to me what type of stock this is? SDE

I came across this stock while looking at Sprint and Sprint PCS. The symbol is SDE, Sprint Corp. The main reason this caught my eye is the dividend rate at $1.76/share and the price is only $7.25 which is a 20+% return. Am I looking at this correctly?
