Can somebody in the Dallas area checkout a car for me?

I am trying to help a neighbor buy a 911 Turbo. There appears to be a very low mile, one owner car in the Dallas area. The first step would to have somebody look at it and drive it to see if it is what the seller is representing. If that checks out, a PPI would be in order.

Anyway, it could be fun if somebody would like to go checkout and drive this 415 horsepower beast.
