I think he is optimistic in asking price, closer to 35K seems reasonable. Also verify what up to date maintenance means, some people consider up to date by mileage and not year. Since the NSX is typically a low mileage car compared to other cars of the same year, as is this car, should be done according to time not mileage.

Also don't think brookland green is a high demand color which may affect resale if you care. Not sure if you are settling on green or if its your first choice.

Does look like a nice car and appears to have been tracked. I would be concerned about how much track milage and any wrecks/body damage/re-painting. Always make sure you get a pre-purchase inspection from a source familiar with NSX's. Good luck
