Hi to all, Iam new to the forum, today while changing my timing belt the outer ring on the front exhaust cam gear just fall. There was no pressure on it, no priying done, was totally loose. Now the question, will the belt stay on the gears or walk out of them?
I had cars in the past without any guide on the outer or inner faces of the gears without any problem. Please if anyone had the same issue please advise. thanks.
