Cable reel / mom wheel

Hello, my cable reel wasnt working (no horn or cruise ) I switched out for a momo wheel and did the little jumper to make the light go out, but it's still on and still no horn. So my question is did I hook up the momo wheel wrong or do I still need to replace cable reel to make it work? Thanks everyone.

U may have hook it up wrong. Go over it again, make sure it didn't come undone on the jumper.
My cable reel is broken too, removed it, running momo wheel, same jumper. Horn work fine. No SRS light.
