So exactly what Fram/NAPA/Bosch model number cabin air filter did you use, and where can I get the "pre-made filter baffle" from Japan that you mentioned?

...and I read that correctly, about that the "filter baffle" coming with a matching filter element, was there a name brand / model number printed on that filter?
