Block - good condition - micrometer shows 89.xx all around. Take a look at the pics. Kind of looks like there was a mild hone? Tough to be sure, but the hatch marks look a bit shiny. Not all cylinders are perfectly clean, there is the slightest wall mark when you trace your fingernail around the cylinder wall in one of the cylinders. (see crank journal wear). $2000 shipped.
Crank - One journal needs machine shop attention. See photos. Aside from the one journal being in fair condition and needing to be reconditioned, this is still a viable piece. $1,000 shipped
