buying a nsx, what do you think?

hey guys im in the market for a nsx and i found one on ebay, she is the 2nd owner and had it for 11 months. for some reason she has no plates on it she has the temps and never really registered it. should i be consirned

well she told me that she bought it for her boyfriend 11 months ago but they broke up and cant afford at this time..you think if i buy it, would i have any problem registering the car, would i have to pay extra?
