If all posts have to be approved by a moderator in order to post in this section, can the approval process run a bit quicker? Sometimes it seems like we go 24-48 hours or even more without new posts and then a big chunk are approved and updated. It makes it very difficult to follow and reply with updated information or questions.

24-48 hours is a fast turnaround when you consider approval is done by only one person. Is there really any "harm" resulting from such a minimal delay compared with the instant gratification of live posting without approvals?
