Buy house or nsx first?

Interesting question that has already been beaten to death.
Well, I bought a house first when I was 22. I paid $153k and within 2 years I sold the place for $225k. A year after I bought the house, I bought an NSX and paid $32.5k for it, added $35k in extras and it's still worth about $35k.
