Does anyone know where the tape behind the 02+ bumper goes?

Tape A, Right71201-SL0-003
Tape B, Right71202-SL0-003
Tape A, Left71251-SL0-003
Tape B, Left71252-SL0-003

It goes on a part of the front bumper thats exposed and is painted body color.For example below you can see an 02 conversion done without covering them and they show up as 2 colored fangs vs the next picture where they are covered with this black vinyl tape.

You can see it in this pic from Motoiq (Billy's old car). On the front bumper the side vents for A/C cooling have extra visible body color bits. The stickers cover those up.

Thats not actually where the vinyl tape goes. The duct for the ac condenser is supposed to be taped off and left raw black plastic(few shops ever do this). Where is goes is in the center opening towards the side near the bottom since that's where I have found it used on 02-05 original cars.
