Hey y'all... Missed you guys. Work has been hectic (but good!).

Anyhoo,
I'm bummed. I thought I was going to Finally! put the girlie to the track. But, alas, they're full :( (Chin Motorsports @ Miami-Homestead on 10/23). So, I'm on the waiting list. Don't think they'll be another local event for months. :( Just had to vent. ThaNSX****

Don't give up. There should be plenty of events coming to your locale.

Its not like you live in Wisconsin and have to watch your NSX sit idle over the winter . . .

THAT is torture.

Sounds like you need to get Mr Wolf involved and start "elimating" people who do have a spot.

That would be *lovely* ;)
For you, but not for them.

Just make sure if you do get to go, tell us all about it later.

I've done a few trackdays on my motorcycle and though cars and trackday providers are different, have you considered just showing up on the trackday? A friend of mine has almost always gotten in at motorcycle trackdays here in California just by showing up, even if all the spots are sold for the event. There always seems to be one or two no-shows, or someone has a problem and can not ride. And there's the unfortunate chance that someone goes down and can not pass re-teching their bike to run on the track again.

You'd also be surprised what doors can open if an attractive lady, driving a sexy car, smiles and asks for a spot on the trackday ;) :)

LOL, I get the quote; but not really in reference to the track event, Mr. Dr. Phil

Mermaid, odds are very good that you'll be able to get in from the wait list... with still 4 weeks to go, CMS usually is able to accomodate a few more drivers. You'll also be in the company of several other NSX drivers, including the most accomplished lady NSX driver in the club, who also happens to be my wife  .

And, Pushhands is right about walk-ins sometimes being able to get in on-site. There are no gaurantees, but it can happen...

Full disclosure, if you haven't made the connection yet, the Mark of Chin Motorsports and Mark The Nsxnut are the same guy  .

LOL. Damn Ferrari Next Door NEighbor

the sound is lovely. Makes me Wanna ..... (you finish the sentence)...((betta' be good for the NSX!) ;) He's adorable. Has a beauty-full family but he just bought this and happened TO SHOW off while I was taking photos of my baby gorgeous girl. So let's play (and show WE ARE WAY SUPERIOR! )... ...((p.s. my ex doesn't get my love for the NSX... he's laughing right now.))

Your neighbor has a Ferrari?? Which one??

Some dude was stretching his 360's legs past me tonight...
I was at a stoplight going north and he was going east...

Ya think? Lessee here. She's a girl. She looks thin. Drives an exotic. If you are rated better than 5 on the beauty scale, they are letting you in.

There is definitely at least ONE guy signed up who'd rather watch you do it and then go fantasize about it later, than do it himself.

Hell, if they can sell videos of chicks popping balloons, you can get onto this track roster.

I thought tracking my car would be all fun the first time I went out. It was fun but at the same time it was alot of work and requires alot of concentration.
