Building Auto workshop - need your help

Hi all,

Been "Gone" for a while but am back in service :smile: . Divorce is a terrible thing and I hope all of you never have to endure that event.

On a good note, I do still have the NSX!

I have the opportunity to build a shop (auto) from the ground up. I plan to put in a lift and all the other basic things that one would find in a typical repair shop, including a wash rack for cleaning/waxing. I was wondering if any of you out there could direct me to a place on the internet that would have the "Ideal" layout of a shop. Or, maybe you have already drawn up some blueprints already.

Any ideas/suggestions/plans are greatly appreciated.

My dad always said you've got it made when you have a big heated garage and a drain to wash your cars. Sounds like you want to make a pretty nice place.
