The car that an aquaintence of mine previously owned and sold a few years ago is now up on eBay for sale. It's a Midnight Pearl custom twin turbo tuned by Bruce Nomura, and featured once at Overboost.com. Also winner of several local shows.

Anyone know the previous owner or history on this car? I am here in
Seattle area and was toying with trading my 91 (red/blk, 54K) for
a T model- I love open cars. I wonder if this is a tastefully done, well engineered turbo or a sat nite special that will be a bitch to keep tuned, etc.
I dont want a finickey car (done that, had a 308....long story :wink: )

I might have to swing by Redmond and check it out....

I knew the previous owner and Bruce Nomura in another life. The car is more of a tastefully done, well engineered turbo than a sat nite special. There were problems with the base twin-turbo kit as it came from the manufacturer (as some other owners of the same kit might tell you), but Bruce pretty much addressed all of these issues to turn it into a pretty reliable setup.
