Can only the broken mirror (glass) be changed or do I have to switch everything inside the mirror housing?

If you're talking about a side mirror (not the one on the windshield), it has just been done at my car. Techie changed only the glass, the rest was untouched, but you need the original NSX glass because it has some special glue and fixing points. Didn't work with another glass that had the same dimensions (I guess it was from a Honda Accord but I'm bot sure).
