Break in period

What is the appropriate mileage that should attained for breaking in a new OEM clutch and rebuilt motor?
I would like to have the car dynoed in a couple of weeks but don't want to take a chance on tearing anything up if I haven't gone enough miles yet.
I estimate to have about 450-500 miles on it by the time the dyno would be done.

I'm no NSX expert (yet); however, having driven MT autos most of my life, I have found that given 50 miles of stop and go city driving, anything goes. That 50 miles will seat the clutch and knock of any rough spots in the engine. Beyoud that, I have always broken a car the way I intend to drive it -- hard -- and have never had any problems.
