I have a brand new never used FIC that came with APX. It was bad but APX would not warranty it, but that's another story. Sent it to AEM and it's fixed and fully functional. $300.

30-1911-0145 Customer states that Brand new unit in the box would not work. The unit wasn't responding to the PC. Customer will supply original receipt for warranty. With no original receipt inspection fee will be $75 +$15 return shipping.
Issue Resolution: CC form in email

Paid $75 inspection fee
Found the flash button to be bad. Replaced flash button and found the FIC to be fully functional.
Your package is currently being routed to our shipping department and will ship within 48 hours. If you have a Non-Warranty repair and did not pre-approve shipping with your inspection fee, you will incur a $15 charge for ground shipping.
