i have this on my car:

are there better rear pad options than hp+ for track use? that's what i have now, they function fine but i burned thru half the thickness in just one day at vir a few months ago. i have a dedicated set of front rotors and pads (ht-10) that i'm about to bolt on so i'm not worried about that end, just the rears.

Hawk Blues are a good match for Hawk DTC60s or HT10s on the front. I was running DTC60s F/ HP+ rear and the Hawk rep at the track with us told me I should run Blues with DTC60s.

The other options are Carbotech and Cobalt Friction. I am going to try DTC60s/ Blues since I have 1/2 DTC60s left.

BTW: Racing brakes saying only run Hawks is BS. Maybe because they sell Hawks. :)

OK, what brakes are you running on the front? If the balance is correct, I find my front pads wear at 2-3 times the rate of my rears, how fast are the fronts wearing?

Pads are cheap if you like the way your car handles and the balance is good just get a spare set...
