brake line torque spec question

hey everybody,
i'm gonna be installing some SS brake lines this weekend, but i had a quick question: what's the torque spec on the nut that connects to the body side (hard) brake line? i can't find it in the service manual.
i know this isn't something i can torque down with a torque wrench, but i just want a general idea, because i tend to make things too tight when i tighten them by hand

thanks

1991 Service Manual Section: 19-26

look for: brake hose to caliper

total search time: < 30 seconds

(spoiler: 26 ft/lbs, but I make no claims)

It shouldn't be too tough to TQ if you use a crows foot. Make sure that you keep the crows foot at 90 degrees, i.e. perpendicular to the TQ wrench. If you have the crows foot at any angle other than 90 degrees you will be adding or subtracting TQ to the fitting.

i didn't even know these "crow's feet" existed..... (i always wondered how certain things got torqued down properly  )

since i'm absolutely anal about my car (everything has to be tightened properly), i'm buying these before i install my brake lines. thanks for the heads up
