I have a Zanardi which I have taken to the track on several occasions.  I have had no fade and no problems, even when others have.  The info I see is that the newer NSXs, with the larger brakes, have better stopping power than the older NSXs with a lot of mods.  I suspect if there is a limitation it may be the tires, but I am running stock size Toyos (actually 10mm oversize)and they seem to be fine under braking.
