I want to bleed my brakes and searching around for some tools came across this stuff from Gunson.

Look at http://www.gunson.co.uk/acatalog/index.html and do a search on 'bleed'.

You fill the resevoir with the new fluid, fit the Eezi Bleed cap over the existing fluid-reservoir and put it under pressure (from your tire but with the NSX you might be able to use the OEM pump). Then you can bleed your brakes without needing a helper to press the brakes for you.

Does anyone here ever used this tool or something similar like it. And if so, are there any disadvantages to it ??
At first sight, it looks like a very nice tool to use.

I use the one from Griot's Garage. I think it cost about $39 and it's very easy to use and clean. Also, it doubles as an oil extractor when I'm too lazy to unscrew the oil pan drain plug.

I have the brake fluid extractor, but I did not know that the same unit can do oil. Where do you get the attachment for oil? From Griot's also?

I just removed the red attachment on the end of the tube and bought a smaller diameter tube and slipped it inside the one on the bottle.
