Both Door Lock / Unlock Transmitters LOST!!!

I am picking up my first NSX in the morning. The owner has lost both of the transmitters. What is the best course of action to getting them replaced?

Call Acura and find out how much to replace them....then deduct that cost from what you pay for the car.

I've gotten new keyless transmitters from Niello Acura. All you need is the serial number and they can order and program new ones for you. I think I paid $65 for each of my new ones.
