Borred by F1-drivers statements?!

I've been watching F1 races for more than 20 years now and with the internet more and more infos are published like driver statements on testing sessions or races. WTH do they always tell us the same absolute boring nonsense all the time?! Usually it goes like this: Cars on track xy, xy laps completed, some minor or no problems without being TOO specific, generally engine, statement of both drivers like 'the car has been good during the testing session' or 'improvments here and there' WITHOUT being specific and finally a statement of the engine department like the engine had or had no problems. BUT: Each statement seems like a copy of the other one a week before! Common guys be more specific for the people who are interested. You won't tell us all of your secrets that's for sure as the others are listening too. But THIS way it all resembles like the marketing directory is just pulling the strings of the marionettes of Jenson and Rubinho.

If Alan Greenspan was publishing his economic forecasts and actions of the monetary bank he had to use a sybillinc language just to prevent a stock market crash. :D

I still recall drivers like Ayrton Senna, Nelson Piquet or moreover the British beer-drinking Nigel Mansell who sometimes spoke what they thought. In comparison to the drivers now in F1 look like created in the test tube. Very sterile. :(
Of course noone is forced to read all the veiled nonsense but if they don't have to say anything new why just do they say nothing at all and keep it a secret?
It's all about money...very sad. :(

Welcome to the new PC world. You don't want to piss off your sponsors, your fan base b/c that means less money. Even if the race is a complete disastor(Mark Webber's last race) you say "......its really frustrating, I felt that the car was good.... yada yada yada"
