What size are the bolts for the chin spoiler?

They are special bolts, with a short shank. It would be unlikely that you could get them from other than an OEM source.
They are 10mm and you need a deep socket to get to most of them.
There are two versions of the U-clip, make sure you get the thicker/wider ones.
