I once saw some amazing results achieved by a "paintless dent removal" guy on another NSX I was looking at but did not buy.  I'd looked at the car with a significant (to me) front fender crease at the seller's home, then later ran across the same car in a consignment showroom and couldn't believe my eyes after spending at least 15 minutes looking at it.  A PDR guy had worked on it, and I honestly couldn't have detected that it was ever damaged.  I still didn't buy the car, but it wasn't because of the front fender. 


I'd get the opinion of a very experienced PDR guy, and I'd find one with experience on aluminum;  preferably NSX aluminum.
