Who's is it? I don't many blue ones...actually I know one blue one. It appeared to a darker blue and was lowered; looked nice.
It was on Katella Ave heading eastbound (west of the 605 fwy) crossing Los Alamitos Blvd.
I was at Los Alamitos Blvd, turning left onto Katella Ave. heading toward the 605 fwy. You may have noticed the grey Porsche 911 on your left at the interstection but then your focus HAD to have shifted to the yellow NSX right behind it hehe
