Blown Headlight Fuse

I have the SoS 7000k HIDs installed for 3 years now. The right side was out and I checked the fuse which was blown. I replaced it with another fuse and the new fuse blew too.

Does this mean the bulb is bad? Why does the fuse keeping blowing?

More likely the ballast is bad - try swapping right & left & see if problem stays with the 'side' or follows the ballast.

You are right D'Ecosse. I switched the ballast and igniter (they are on the same bracket) and the right side works. So the ballast and/or igniter is bad.

I don't know where I will source a replacement. Do I have to buy a brand new HID kit?
