Well, I was working on another special project(write up coming tonight ) and i had to undo some coolant hose. I lost minimal amount of coolant but nevertheless, I figured it got some air. Anyway, I left the coolant bottle cap open while I started the car and saw little bubbles coming up. I also tried bleeding from the water pipe bleeding point after 5-6 min of idling but I did not see any bubbles. I tried this again after the car came up to normal operating temp...still no bubbles. The coolant bottle was still bubbling but very minimal at that point.
So after that, I drove the car around pretty hard for 10-15 min and I did not see the temperature go higher than normal.
So here are some questions to NSX gurus.
1. Would car overheat right a way if there are bubbles in the coolant system?
2. Should I still bleed the system at all 4 bleeding points?
3. If so, how many times should I try to bleed?
thanks in advance
