Black NSX around Chadds Ford / Kennet square PA?

Just wondering, its a treat to see it, as NSXs are very rare.

I think thats a Mugen spoiler. Ive seen some for sale and they always say they are rare in the for sale ad. Soooo I guess it is a treat to see it.
