Black belt clerk strikes back at robber

Those cameras were everywhere! I like the one with the close-up of the clerk's face. It was kind of like a little action movie.

never know what the other maybe packin'...

Initiation, escalation, and continuation of aggression... good way to get killed, lol! Nonetheless humorous, I suppose...

Letting people get away with whatever they want because you are unwilling to defend yourself just continues the slide down the slope to a lawless society where anybody who has the will to threaten others can get whatever they want...

The police can't be everywhere all the time.

A California convenience store clerk didn't think twice when he was held up. The robber didn't know the clerk was a black belt, but he found out very quickly. Cool slideshow of the action that followed.

I'm so not gonna lose my life for a damn snickers bar or slurpee... even if it's a 1/1,000,000 chance the eediot is packin' a gat or there is a strapped O.G. in the van, etc.

Yes, I've owned/worked in convenience stores & lived in areas that seem on par w/ the video-tape footage. :frown:

Back-to-topic... the entrance or check-out counter should have a sticker warning: Black-belt in martial arts on duty!

Its not about defending your "snickers" bars....its about defending your world from evil and darkness..

Just think ..if this was the first store he tried to rob ..there would have been 5 fewer robberys and 5 fewer clerks threatend.

True, although actions like the clerks aren't for everybody (he is a black belt), they could kill you for nothing. Somtimes it is better to fight back then stand down.

Ehhh, I just typed out a lengthy reply... instead I'd rather just say this: bad people suck, and taking matters into one's own hands can be dangerous.

Nothing more, nothing less.

NSX's, chicks, and HSC... now I'd rather be more inclined to argue those matters. . .

hahahahaha
omg

i was waiting for the shot of where the clerk does one of these Raiden moves...
Back Back Forward!!!

I've had something similiar to this happen to me where i guy ripped a bag off me. I chased him down and with the help of a passer-by we wrestled him to the ground & waited for the police. (serious...i'm not making this up.)

In retrospect it was potentially stupid - he could have had a knife or some buddies. But in the heat of the moment you don't think about consequences.

But in the heat of the moment you don't think about consequences.

Neither does the crook except he thought about it and planned it out ahead of time.
Just think of how many future victims were saved by stopping that crook that night.
