Black 91-93 nsx on 465

Coming home today i saw a black, looked like a 91-93, nsx. it had the 91-93 wheels on it so i knew it wasnt nate, but has anyone else seen it? could have been just a coincidence and he was driving through. i saw him on the SW corner of 465 by the airport. i dont remember if we talked about seeing this guy or not the first time the indy nsx'ers met up. possibly another member for the october drive? i should have turn around and asked him :)
 
Nope, weren't me! I have heard of it though, possibly. Last time I had my oil changed at Hubler they thought I was another owner returning. Apparently he had just left before I arrived. Coupe, BB, can't remember if they said it was the ivory interior like mine. In any case, don't know him/her, we'll have to leave it to Tim to track 'em down ;)

No I haven't tracked the black one down yet, but you know I will! Funny this came up but I did track down a yellow nsx just like mine on Sunday. He has a 2001 also. I knew there was another one, I just kept seeing it too many times.
So far the date is set for October 16th depending on the weather. Would love to have you join in!

is the other yellow nsx going to join us? it sucks i dont live in indy otherwise id help track down the black nsx. ill leave that up to you indy guys. maybe you can catch him at the dealership or something sometime.
 
haha well you guys are going to hate me, i must confess, i dont have an nsx :( , but......i have always loved them and have been keeping up with the nsx community for a few years now. I drive a honda prelude. honda engineering and design is why i am an honda fanatic. nsx is hondas best representation of what they could do(at least back in the 90's)
 
I told the guy about the upcoming drive, he's not sure yet if he'll be able to make it. Don't worry about not having an NSX, I too have a Prelude. 2001 Type SH and I love it! They are excellent cars. Your are welcome to come around :)

What time is the drive schedule to start and end on the 16th and where are u guys meating. I still not sure if I'm working, but might be able to put it off for alittle if the weather's good.
Do u know how many are planning on attending?

I've seen a black NSX around Carmel, if that helps any.

And 95NSXT, would u happen to live near 96th St. in the Villages by Meijer? I've seen a red NSX-T w/ after market wheels too up around there and saw where he/you lived once.......I'm not a crazy stalker, just happened to be working in there one day and heard an awesome sound and turned around to see an NSX driving by. :)
 
So is the meet on Sat. the 16th? i think that would be the best time weather permitting of course. just curious, what part of indiana is everyone from? I live on the northside between 96th and 116th, but i guess that doesnt matter since im the one without an nsx hehe :rolleyes:
 
Dan, that would be awesome if you could attend, last time we had 6 nsx's. I dont know the details about this drive, but the last one i think they met at ricks boatyard at like noon in indy and drove down to bloomington and we ate and then drove. i dont know if this drive is around here again or not, but im under the impression it is. as long as we dont go to the same restaurant the drive shouldnt be too time consuming. ~1:45hr down and back and probably allow 1.5hrs or 2 for eating and driving maybe? i cant remember how long it lastest last time. I myself dont own a nsx does, my dad does. I dont know if he has taken it to indy yet or not so i dont think it would have been him you've seen driving, he's up in lafayette. we've got to find this mysterious black nsx.
 
I just searched around on prime for a second and found the member ZR-1 NSX who lives in indy and has a 98 black/black nsx. it doesnt look like he posts that often, but i PMed him asking if he wanted to attend so hopefully he'll check it and attend the drive.
 
Hey everybody, its good to see you DanC! Yeah I knew I was going to find you sooner or later :) I just found out I won't be able to make the drive this Saturday :( Hopefully you guys can continue on though, that would be nice. I will DEFINTELY keep this going for next year. As you all can see there are alot of NSX's in the Indy area, so I'll be working this winter on rounding up the rest of the owners and see if they would be interested in drives. If you have any leads or know anyone let us know.
 
anyone ever see the red NSX targa around 96th and 69 w/ silver bbs style rims, lowered and exhaust? it was parked out infront of starbucks facing 96th st and had a forsale tag on it. I've also seen it parked at ed martin acura a few times. all i remember was he was asking $41,xxx

ya that's him, i think they're leon harelwhits wheels (SP?) I saw them up close once. I know his address, like I said I saw him drive by when I was in his neighborhood once, I'll try and find it tommorrow, but that would be alittle wierd to just go up to his door and tell him about everything, would be like trying to convert him kinda, especially if he's trying to sell it. Looks very nice though. And so far Saturday's not lookin to good for me either :(, but we'll just have to see. bye

haha maybe he'll let me take it on a "test drive" and cruise w/ you guys. poor prelude wont keep up.
