Since the Bilstein is a factory replacement application, will the foam bumper on the shock need to be trimmed down when using lowering springs?

I have always just reinstalled the bump stop. I would recommend you use the upper perch on the Bilsteins so you are not too low with the Eibach springs:).

It is less expensive for the Bilstein/Eibach combo than the Tein Coil-Over.
Tein will be adjustable for those who want this option, but not a advantage.

By adjustable do you mean height or bump/rebound?
If Eibach/Bilstein combo was not height adjustable, does it mean you cant corner weight the car?
