Huh? I don't know any except for me. Anywho, tires are the main determinant. Stock vs stock on a roadcourse, any year NSX will corner quicker than any year Miata solely because OEM NSX tires are amazing for OEM. That said, Miatas can do quite well in autocrossing which I think is due to its excellent tight cornering characteristics.
So the answer is 'yes'. Miatas can be made to outcorner NSX's (same driver), all you need is superior rubber. They come very well balanced from the factory so there is no need to replace springs/shocks/swaybars,... I suspect that the Miata is easier to drive quick for the less experienced driver, but the NSX has a slight advantage for the experienced driver.
It seems like anything can be made to corner like it's on rails. Didn't you see the thread where a seriously race-prepped Sentra or something was faster than a race-prepped NSX?
