Best source for Synthetic Mulch and Weed Block Fabric?

Anybody have a good place to buy large quantities of weed fabric and synthetic mulch? Relative to the Home Depot's and Lowes of the world, Costco has a decent deal on the synthetic mulch... I have not come up with much else in my searches though.
