Thanks, I'll check him.

Is there anyone else I should check? Where have the rest of you guys who got wheels get them at?

any new "contacts" on this wheel line?

I've heard that I can order directly from Takakaira.com and shipping was pretty fast, but would like to have other options as well. Thanks

Richard,

What's it like getting car parts on Guam?

More specifically, I assume that Guam can't support a bunch of import-car aftermarket specialists, due to its size. Are you limited to buying parts from companies on the U.S. mainland, or is it easier for you somehow to order them directly from companies in Japan? If you buy Japanese parts from U.S. companies, can they be drop-shipped to you from Japan, or must they be shipped across the Pacific to the lower 48, and then shipped back halfway across the Pacific to you? If drop-shipped, do you get the savings in shipping costs somehow?

Just curious...

I got my Advan Model 7's from a little shop in Tokyo. Found them on the net.

You will need to enter the japanese website, not the english. Try using bablefish. Emailing is a problem for them, just fax them, works pretty well.

What vick quoted me on the wheels alone, the Japs quoted me including shipping to holland, and on top of that, also $500 of. That might be different now offcourse.

Straight to all the wheels: http://home.catv.ne.jp/dd/checker/tire_wheel/wheel.htm
Note that the second column is there selling price.

Very fast shipping, very good deal for me.

If you have trouble with importfees (as we do here), they don't have trouble with fidling about with the invoice also

I can't see the replies, but if I go to another computer I can. Anyone know why? I've tried the refresh button, reconnecting, and it still looks the same(stops at the "check tirerack" post).
