Who has the best rates these days for northern California?

I've had good luck with Countrywide. They have an office in Concord on Willow Pass Rd. Check their website at; www.countrywide.com. If you have excellent credit (720+ FICO), they are real easy to work with and have good rates. Ask for Scott Treff. He's been working with me and has been pretty good about everything. They offer no doc mortgages at the same rates as full doc if you have excellent credit. Oh, and they don't charge more for a refi.
