Best Deal -- 24hr Fitness??

I'm looking to get membership at my local gym, 24hr Fitness. I know they work on commission and their rates are flexible. So I'm trying to get the best deal.

SF Bay Area people, what kind of deals have you gotten? I am looking at 1-3 year deal, no restrictions on location and days.

There customer svc sucks

I tried to cancel my membership with them and it was quite a hassle getting out of it... Took a couple of months but I got out.... Read the fine print
