Best Car Insurance

I need advise from you guys about choosing the Car Insurance.
Which one is the cheapest for 91 NSX with clean driving record within 3,5 years ?

you're going to have to be way more specific than that. Age and location are some of the biggest factors for insurance

Shop around. Check comparison websites like Insweb.com and Insure.com which give you quotes from many different companies.

The two companies that top most of the independent surveys, including this one, are USAA (available only to military employees) and Amica.

I have wawanesa insurance here in California. with my Mulit-car and low mileage. it is about $700 a year.
100/300/100 lia
5000 medical.
500/500 comp-coll
Opt out on uninsure motorist coverage

just mailed in my check to New Jersey Manufacturers; :frown: $3311 for the year with a $750 deduct. comp /coliision. Sucks, but still a small price to pay for the pride of nsx ownership. :smile:

Just curious, have you ever filed calims with them? If so, what was your experience re at-fault/no fault, repair shops approved, OEM parts, and whether it affected your rate? TIA.

mine's about 900 bux, thou deductible and zero points on the license

Amica gave me the best price and coverage for downtown San Francisco.

Just signed on with Nationwide because Costco/AmEx called me back and said they are not able to provide coverage for the NSX. In fact the rates for Costco were pretty much the same as the quote from Nationwide.

The NSX will be costing me $735 per 6 months for 100/300/100 (+ non-stacked uninsured motorist) with $250 comp and $500 collision deductibles.

At All State, my current and soon to be ex-carrier, the NSX only cost $663 per 6 mo for the same coverage but they charged significantly more for the other vehicles thus my decision to switch.

I have had no points or claims in the pst 3-5 years.

I'm paying about $550 for 6 months with State Farm for full coverage with a $500 deductible. I also have a 1990 Range Rover on the policy.

Try Unitrin Direct. You can get a quote online.
98 NSX, 2001 Allroad, 2001 M3, 1989 Porsche Cab,2003 Yukon Denali + 2 drivers + one major claim + 2 tickets = 4200 annually. Maximum coverage and 500 deductible. Getting claim coverage was pretty straight forward and no hassles.

Knock on Wood.. Haven't had a Claim for over 15 years. I just got the new policy from wananesa. It basically Half-ed my rate from Farmers also getting better lia coverage and less deductible.

I've used two of the bigger companies, Progressive and Geico (which I currently use). Total for the year is $682 for the NSX. That's with bodily injury liability of 100/300K, property damage liability of 50K, and comp/collision deductible of $100. Surprisingly, it costs me less to insure the NSX than the Lexus or the 4 Runner.

BTW, I had one claim with Progressive (on the Lexus) and they were pretty good to deal with. :smile:
