Best alignment shop in NY/CT?

I'm going to be lowering my NSX on KW V3s in the next few weeks and I know I'll need an alignment done afterwards (well, after the car settles anyway).

I have a garage I go to and trust, but I've read that dialing in an NSX alignment is not so simple. Is this true? If so, are there any recommendations for a place to get a good alignment in the NY/CT area? I'm willing to drive and pay if it's worth it.

Thanks!

I would PM Larry B. from NY, he's the man!

Thanks, PMed him but no response yet. Figured I'd also ask the question to the community see what everyone's experiences have been.

Does he have someone that he recommends? I'm pretty sure he does.

If your regular shop has the equipment, computerized alignment, and are quality minded professionals then they should have no problem doing a proper NSX alignment. Every modern system shows and outlines exactly how to do a proper NSX alignment. If they follow the instructions it should be no problem.
The only problem I've encountered is the often frozen caster pivot. This can take some finesse to loosen and adjust but with diligence and care can be overcome.
Talk with them about the ride height you are looking for and that they get the proper front to rear rake. Again, the system should show them how and where to measure for ride height.
Talk to the people you know, trust, and have a history with. Again, it should be no big deal if they do it with care, as they should do with all their work.

Vince's AutoBodyWorks in Poughkeepsie, NY is the place for NSX 4 wheel alignment. Worked for me on my 2001 NSX.
