Hi Madfast,I purchased the Aladdin alarm system a few months ago, and installed it myself. It's an awesome alarm for the money, but the install was difficult. However, once I got it right, every feature works flawlessly. It's got the two-way pager of a quarter mile (although I've been generally getting much less of a range than that), remote engine start, auto trunk release, passive arming, dual shock sensor, etc. You can read more about the features by doing a google search for the Aladdin 2000. I'm planning on stopping by the SF Bay Area monthly meeting either in December or January, so perhaps anyone who is interested in seeing it here in NorCal can see me there.Take Care,J.
