hey guys.  Sorry 'bout the absence.  I've been installing a nitrous kit in my friends NSX all weekend. (For Free!!?)  man.  I forgot how much work it was.  I did my mods one at a time. Single stage kit, then heater, then purge, then second kit.  He had the order all ready for me ( I also sell Nitrous Express kits )  Single stage, Heater, Purge, Remote Opener)   Anyway.  In answer to your computer simulator.  WHAT!!!?  I think somethings screwed up there buddy!.  A perfect run is in the 9's at that MPH.  Go ahead and look up some in mustang 5.0's magazines.  They have many times and mph from all the competitions.  The ones that hook up will be a high 9 @ 135.  Ari Yallon (A racing acquaintance of mine) Runs an RX-7 turbo.  When he's not runing NOS.  He ran a 10.4 @ 134MPH. - He uses a Stock transmission so he actually TAKES IT EASY between shifts. Nines ARE possible at those speeds.  a 10.5 is not so difficult to beleive even with stock gearing. (Remember NOS adds Gobs of torque which negates some of the inherit flaws in our gearing.  My gearing you ask.  STOCK.  I will get my slip and post it within a couple of days. Unfortunately, I don't have video yet. But it's necessary to have to PROVE that slip goes to MY CAR. That's what I expect out of anyone that challenges me on this also. (Faster NSX)  My car should be out of the shop in a couple of weeks.  (Someone ran into me) I will go out to Houston Raceway park and have a friend Video it all and put it on the web for me. (I haven't gotten into computers as much as I have in cars ...Yet)
