I posted to the worlds longest thread but thought I would post a new topic as well because I need feedback before I ship the wheel out tomorrow.
I went to have my new 20" tires put on my summer wheels for the BMW today. Found out one of my wheels is slightly bent. Now I have to send it out to have it repaired. Anyone have an opinion on repairing a bent wheel? I am being quoted 75-150 for the repair. The wheels cost 960 each so I would rather repair the thing than replace it. Is it possible that a repaired wheel is weaker after the repair and may bend easier because of being repaired?
