I agree with rated r. my acura dealer would never pull that s#$t.find another dealer.btw my car is not under warrenty but i have seen them work with the warrenty cars and thats a fact.they have cut me so much slack on everything I would never consider another dealer.trust me on this one all dealers are NOT the same quality.and like ken said if the dealer doesnt know it will be hard for you to diagnos.remedy MB
