That picture was taken at the Skytop lodge during the Exotic Run. There are a couple shots of Frank's car there and they all came out great.

Here's a link to the gallery. There are a couple NSX's pictured. Would also like to point out that the NSX guys there ended up making the drive up together and we stayed at a pretty reasonable pace.
