Beautiful day for the ALMS at Lime Rock

Unfortunately with the economy tanking the way it has Acura was unable to continue its sponsorship of the NSXCA with hospitality tents for the American LeMans series this season. However, that didn't stop a few of us from taking a little ride to catch the race on a beautiful, and rare for this season, non-rainy day to show our support for the Acura teams which took First and Second overall in the race.

Those are great shots! That's a tough call regarding the sponsorship but you guys couldn't have asked for a better day. See you at the River Run.

Hi Robert (I mean Bob!), As always, great great photos and thank you for putting them up. You have just "officially" whetted my appetite for the upcoming (Aug. 8th weekend) ALMS/Indy cars at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course! :smile:

I usually go to that event, but I was at a Hemming's Concours event in VT this weekend.... too many great events in our all too short NE summer :smile:

Wow! Not sure how you able to take such professional looking shots. The P-car and prototype must have paint scuffs from riding tail like that- like NASCAR. Very nice.
