Yes he is the seller and R is equivalent to salvage title in USA but since Japanese don't have that this is next best thing. That is inspection report from auction. R is lowest rating for car you can get

Can't read the report. Too small, and turns to pixels when I save it and open it on my computer and try to enlarge it.
Anyone have any luck saving and enlarging it so that it's readable?
