GT Theory is proud to present BC Forged wheels. Custom offsets and finishes made to order for your NSX. All wheels are built in house at BC Forged and are fully forged lightweight T-6061 aluminum. BC Forged Wheels have been certified by VIA and JWL (Japan Light Alloy Wheel Standard). Available in a variety of sizes and custom offsets and finishes. Also, deep concave forged centers and 17"/18" availability in some styles. Lead time is only 12-16 days!! No more waiting months for your custom made wheels.

For HB series, amount of concave will vary based on wheel width, offset and preferred brake clearance. We are able to get a deep concave rear and medium concave front on a stock body NSX with stock brakes. We can also get the same amount of concave with clearance for WP Pro BBK, but it requires a more aggressive offset.

Some of these look great, I am going to PM you about a couple that I like. It is hard to find good 17/18 choices nowadays, all the wheel companies are leaving sensibility behind to focus on making dubs.

Edit: In the PM I forgot to inquire about BBK fitment. I assume since they are made to order it should be no problem.

Very interested in the HB04 in Brushed Black in 18/19, but according to the Website, the wheels are only available in 19/20.

All HB Series and SN Series wheels are available in 18/19 combo. On the HB series the amount of concave will depend on the offset and required brake clearance. For example a Stoptech or WP BBK won't be able to achieve the same amount of concave as stock brakes due to the width of the caliper.

Yep, it's the same company that makes BC Racing Coilovers. They started a forged wheel line in 2008, and built a huge new facility in 2010 for manufacturing forged wheels. All designs undergo a series of structural tests before going into production as well as carry JWL certification.

Yes they are made in Taiwan. Check out the video, they look legit to me. I like the fact that they are not hiding where they make their products too, they have all contact info available. Other positives include Cad Software design, force and load modeling, jwl tested and certified, forged construction, 17/18s available, made to order for exact fitment, all at a very reasonable price when compared to competitors. I can't see any negatives except that the company has little history in the US right now and I haven't seen the product in person.

That's a new HB Series wheel that is not out yet, it should be released in the next week or so. I will let you know when its available.

Can I get a quote for the hb09, in 18x8.5 front standard Nsx offset, 19x10.5 rears, I just want a slight concave look, looking crazy like the example picture.

That doesn't make any sense..
Think about the position of the outer part of the wheel relative to the hub. That distance will be the exact same with a 19x10 +35 and a 19x9.5 +29, therefore the concavity would, theoretically, be the same.
That addition 0.5" will be on the inside of the wheel, behind the hub, so the additional width would be useless in terms of look.

Yeah that's not a problem, They can color match with valid paint code for $35 per wheel. Center and lips are charged separately. I have to check on the textured finishes as far as cost and availability. Wheels are bolted together not welded so if you ever want to change wheel color it's easy.

Weights will vary based on offset, spoke design and BBK clearance, mostly due to wheel back pad thickness. So every set will be slightly different. Here are some weights by size and series for reference.

HB/RA Series(lightest)-18x8-approx 20.2 lbs
19x10 approx 23.8 lbs

SN/FJ Series. 18x8 approx 21.1 lbs
19x10 approx 24.9 lbs

FA/WA/BS. 17x8 approx 20 lbs
18x8 approx 21.8 lbs
19x10 approx 25.5
