Battery terminal extensions

Im looking to extend the reach of my positive battery terminal cable just about an inch.

What is the best way to do this? I put an Odyssey battery in and the terminal is just slightly further away from the cable than Id like. I can rig something makeshift up, but I want it done properly.

I just basically replaced mine with a longer one from auto zone
